OUR EXECS

Our McGill Team
The operational team connects all chapters of Bridge to Campus across various universities, provides support to the university executive teams, leads their portfolio's services, and ensures consistent quality of our services.

Co-Founder, President
Delara Jadidizadeh
Delara is a microbiology and immunology student at McGill University who has experienced living in a rural community herself, and understands the many struggles students in these communities face when applying to university. She hopes that through Bridge to Campus, she can help provide high school students with the resources and information they need to excel in their post-secondary education.

VP External
Melaina Jackson
Melaina is a U3 Anatomy and Cell Biology student at McGill University who remembers how overwhelming and confusing the university application process can be. As someone who values clear guidance and supportive mentorship, she joined Bridge to Campus to help high school students feel more confident and less alone as they navigate their transition into post-secondary education. She hopes to share the kind of honest advice and encouragement she wishes she had when applying to university.

VP Internal
Nikita De Jonge
Nikita is a fourth-year Anatomy and Cell Biology student at McGill University from Toronto, Ontario. As a first-generation university student, she knows how valuable mentorship can be when navigating the path to higher education. After joining Bridge to Campus as a mentor, she is excited to give back as VP Internal by supporting fellow mentors and helping them make a meaningful impact on the students they work with.

VP Finance
Jiya Meshram
Jiya Meshram is a U3 student majoring in Anatomy and Cell Biology. She is serving as the VP Finance at McGill for the 2026–2027 academic year. She is excited to host a variety of fun fundraisers throughout the year. In her free time, she enjoys baking, running, and collecting stuffed animals—she even names them.

VP Promotions
Clara Tam
Clara Tam is a second-year student at McGill University majoring in Microbiology and Immunology! Coming from the US, she was unfamiliar with the Canadian university application system. During that time, she was able to reach out to a mentor who helped guide her through the process. Building off that experience, she joined BTC to be able to do the same: providing insight and support to individuals in similar situations!

VP Communications
Emi De Grandpre
Emi is in her fourth year at McGill studying Psychology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences. Applying to universities remains one of the most overwhelming and confusing times she has experienced. In her role as VP communications, she hopes to bring support, guidance, and clarity to the application process, particularly for those of minoritized backgrounds.
